Workbook sets created by the Factory class default to the US English CultureInfo. The Factory class has several methods which allow the CultureInfo to be specified for newly created workbook sets.

The SpreadsheetGear Windows Forms components create workbook sets using the CurrentCulture property of the System.Windows.Forms.Application class.
